His significant offshore business experience includes setting up a thriving leather goods factory in the Pacific and India, before selling it in 1991. Michael then turned his strategic focus to Investment Banking before Capricornia Prawns®, guiding the company's vision and growth.

As the founder of SASK International where Steven expertly manages seafood import/export operations. Steven has successful established supply chains across Australia, Asia, USA, Europe, and Japan and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science. SASK supplies Seafood to companies with high end products throughout Australia including Organic Certified Seafood from various parts of the world. Also, SASK trades in the Melbourne Fish Market. Exporting Seafood to Europe – Germany, Holland, Greece, UK, Asia and USA.

PATRICK CASTLE-CINI DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Patrick is from Malta and is a qualified Mechanical Engineer with substantial experience in the food industry with such organisations as Coca-Cola. His particular skills are problem solving complex issues in engineering. Patrick will work closely with our project engineer ensuring that the infrastructure delivers on our expectations. This project would not have succeeded in overcoming the engineering hurdles in faced without Patrick’s experience and knowledge.
